Tips for a Safe Spring Break

The Spring Break recess, much anticipated by students across the country, is upon us. Fun and relaxation await all those who have put in their half-semester’s worth of work. Unfortunately, for some, this short vacation can lead to very long-term consequences. Specifically, we all have to remember that the “break” is not about breaking the law. What follows are some tips for a safe Spring Break.

Understanding Criminal Law

It is a commonly held misconception that only “criminals” need a criminal lawyer. However, experience has shown that otherwise good and productive members of society sometimes need legal counsel from an attorney who practices criminal law.
